PRODUCT DESIGN

In product design 3D photorealistic images are often used for advertisement, like TV commercials, online shops or print.

But 3D images also can be helpful before a product is launched. 3D photorealistic images offer the opportunity to present your product or idea in the best light for partners, potential investors or potential clients. They can help to discuss all design choices and speeding up the process of bringing new products or ideas to the market. Sometimes they also help to avoid costs for physical prototypes.

The aim of product visualisation is to make a product look real. Measurements, proportions, small details, wrapping thickness, materials and transparencies are essential attributes. However, some technical production seams can be omitted and labels can be cleaned. The nice characteristics of a product can be highlighted. For example, reflective areas can be emphasised through a selected lighting and interesting reflections and, therefore, stage the product in a very fascinating way.
